What We Can Offer:

It is important to us that each of our clients recieves a tailor made service that really addresses what they and their staff need and that the service we offer is not just informative but, more importantly is useful to their business.  This is why we offer each potential client a free no obligation consultation at the start of each relationship we build.

This is a very bespoke service which can range from support with existing employees who are on the autism spectrum through to support for your organisation to seek out and employ individuals with autism spectrum conditions. All of the surrounding training and support that is associated with this including training staff peers and if necessary identiying "Autism Champions" within the organisation. There is no set length to this service as each organisation will need to (with guidance) decide exactly how much involvement Perspectives 100 has.

This level of service is generally geared towards a whole organisation approach although because of it's bespoke structuring it can be utilised just s well by small businesses as it can large.

Far more in depth and lasting a minimum of 3 days (staggered or consecutive), these training sessions aim to give staff:

  • an in depth understanding of what autism is, looks like and feels like

  • a look at the impact of autism on our lives and society as a whole

  • an understanding of what needs to change and why

  • the tools to begin to make those changes and disseminate them within the working environment

  • identification of "autism champions" within the client organisation

Whilst all are welcome this bespoke course works really well with junior - senior management.  These sessions are the seed to what can be a complete ethos change that benefits not just your employees but also your customers and so ultimately your business.

This is a basic awareness, understanding and information training session which can run form 2 hours - a whole day in length.  The aims are to give staff:

  • a basic understanding of what autism is;

  • an introduction to dealing with communication difficulties and differences

  • an opportunity to hear from someone on the autism spectrum or a carer of someone on the autism spectrum

  • some useful techniques to help themsleves and those on the spectrum in their working environment

This service is ideal for groups of "frontline" public facing staff, especaiily within retail and service industries.
